The BerksBook℠ logo, trade names, trademarks™, service marks℠, and other business identifiers have been claimed and registered by BerksBook℠ (BerksBook.com℠) and are therefore the property of BerksBook℠ (BerksBook.com℠) as in accordance with the “right to use such mark” under 54 Pa.C.S. § 1112.  Such claim and registration, of which there were none prior (verified via internet and official trademark/service mark search), therefore reserves the exclusive right by registration and “common law” for use of the aforementioned trademarks™/ service marks℠.

Any use or misrepresentation of the BerksBook℠ (BerksBook.com℠) trademarks™/service marks℠, business identifiers, or other intellectual property (via the internet, in print, or otherwise) is strictly prohibited.
